The automatic bagging machine is designed for the automatic packaging of free-flowing bulk granular (powdery) materials into open-mouth bags, including flat bags and gusseted bags. This bagging system automates key processes, including bag feeding, opening, placement, filling, sealing, and conveying. It uses robotic arms for bag placement, bag clamping, and material filling, ensuring high-speed, precise, and efficient packaging operations.

The automated bagging system consists of several integrated components: automatic bag feeder, bag feeding platform, robotic arm bag placement, bag clamping mechanism, discharge funnel, bag handling trolley, guiding system, vacuum system, and control system.
We use high-quality electrical components from leading global brands: SMC cylinders and solenoid valves from Japan, SIMENS PLC controllers, UNIPULSE weighing controllers, and SEW or equivalent servo motors, ensuring reliable performance and long-lasting durability.
The automatic bag feeder (empty bag magazine) supplies empty packaging bags to the automatic bagging machine. Operators place the empty bags in the bag magazine, and the bagging machine automatically completes the rest of the process. Once one stack of bags is used up, the next stack automatically moves into position for bag retrieval.
The bag clamp device secures the open packaging bag at the discharge point. Once the system’s automatic bag positioning detection confirms the bag is correctly positioned, the weighing scale discharge gate opens, and the bag clamp jaws also open to allow for material filling.
This bag clamp system integrates a bag set detection system with vacuum double-checking functionality, ensuring the bag set is intact and preventing material leakage. Traditional machines relying solely on vacuum recognition are limited and prone to incorrect detections, leading to material spillage. This can result in environmental contamination, lower product quality, and economic losses for the user.
Once the bag is filled, it is lowered, and the bag handling trolley clamps the filled bag, delivering it to the sealing system. This ensures the bag opening is aligned, ensuring a smooth seal. The horizontal bag retrieval and precise bag opening alignment method allows for high tolerance in bag manufacturing dimensions, reducing costs and offering better cost efficiency for the user.
The parameters of automatic bagging machine can be easily set and monitored through a touchscreen interface, offering real-time control. The electromagnetic valves, pneumatic components, touchscreen, and weighing instruments are all sealed, ensuring the system is ideal for dusty environments and providing a long-lasting operational life.
Depending on the customer's needs, additional equipment such as heat-sealing machines, sewing machines, bag flipping machines, metal detectors, checkweighers, and reject conveyors can be added to further enhance the system’s capabilities.
